How to create workflow on case creation and send Email ? RRS feed

    I want to create an work flow for case 

    whan a new case is created an  automated email  has to be sent to case created user with case related information.

    Could any one help how to do step by step procedure.

  •  Create the Case workflow and set it to Organization
    Select Record is Created
    Add a Create Record step
    Select e-mail
    Select Set Properties
    Place your Cursor in the "To" field
    Select Case from "Look For"
    Select Created By
    Select Add

    This should add the Case Created By to the "To" field in the e-mail".  Complete the rest of the e-mail information.
