    On the initial setup  "Getting information about your computer"   I get a drop down box  "Unable to load troubleshooters. Check your internet connection".

    I can get and receive E mail.  Help.  Bill

       1. May I know which OS are you use?  

       2. What is your OS 32/64? 

       3. Do your make sure your network connect was correct?

       4. When the error was encounter, you are at home or corporate or other location?

    Dobber, I'm getting the same thing...I had Fix it installed in my PC, and I used it frequently. I love the program, because it doesn't take a year to clean up a problem, like other programs do. I started to get a message telling me that there were updates that needed to be installed, in a small window, 'update now' or ' cancel update', and if I selected the first one, it would give me that 'fatal error occurred'. If I chose the cancel one, it would clear the program off of my screen, and the updates would not perform.I ended up uninstalling the program in 'delete programs', with the intent to reinstall it. There is a Fix it online, in this website, but it too is giving me that message. Microsoft needs to redo the installation software, and the EUL, so that we can install it. This program is the greatest, if we could just install it!

    hello , i too have same problem

    my operating system is windows xp

    os is 32 

    yes my network is connect bc i can surf the net 

    i was at home when i encountered the is error
