  Hi,

  if you are also attaching attachments then make sure to check the Create Microsoft Dynamics CRM Activities option. You may also refer: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/crm/archive/2010/12/28/adding-attachments-to-templates-and-bulk-email.aspx
