Problem accessing CRM using Internal and External(IFD) URL RRS feed

  • When i login CRM using internal URL i am getting this errors:

    There was a problem accessing the site. Try to browse to the site again.
    If the problem persists, contact the administrator of this site and provide the reference number to identify the problem.
    Reference number: f0773053-80f5-4cbc-a92f-a03db3db63e6 ""

    When i login CRM using external(IFD) URL i am prompting for credentials again and again.

    I am sure that there are no duplicate SPN records in ADFS server, ADFS service is running on a service account.

    I have three SPN records on the ADFS URL,
    1. FQDN/fs.domain.com
    2. HOST/fs.domain.com
    3. http/fs.domian.com on service account.

    I am not sure whats going on here, can anyone help me with this.
