Playing Enhanced audio CD's

  I have enhanced audio CD's with moments of video on them.  One is Halos and Horns-Dolly Parton, the other is Wandering Boy-Charlie Haden (family & friends).  I used to be able to view the video portions but now can't.  I have Windows Media version 11 and IE8.  I have a Dell E310 computer with Windows XP Home - Media Center Edition 2004. What's wrong? The audio plays fine but the video doesn't appear on either CD and it used to.
