connection to MSDN is extremely slow from Israel, 10 seconds to load

Question
-
All MSDN sites load extremely slow here. after hitting F1 it will take over 10 seconds until something happens. not only for visual studio. Googling the term and opening the MSDN link will take the same time. blog.msdn.com is slow too.
this is happening for a few month from a few computers, few ISP. all in Israel
Its not really a Visual studio issue, but I didn't find any other place to ask for help.

You can download the local help and install the local help for your VS version, than the F1 should be much faster since local data will be uses instead of the web.
