Problems installing DirectX 10 after Vista Validation RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm trying to install DirectX 10.  It seemed to download fine after the validation process, but it will not install.  I keep getting a error box that says: "A cabinet file necessary for installation can not be trusted. Please verify the Cryptographic Services are enabled and the cabinet file is valid."  What does this mean, and how do I fix it?
