E-Learning problem RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    I've purchased an E-Learning course, but when I go to "My Learning" and click on any course it takes me to a page that just outlines the course (with the option to buy it!) but doesn't provide any means of starting it. MS support told me yesterday that I have to wait for 24 hours for it to activate, which I did, but still have the same problem. Has anyone experienced this? Am I missing something here?

  • I found the problem. The page for each course requires you to sign in again (there's a link on top right corner) even though you've already signed in on the main page. Haven't they heard of cookies? ;-)
