Why Does Whs Health Go "critical" When External Is plugged in? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Not sure about the rest of the crew - but this "health" warning is massively annoying. Anytime I plug in an external to any client PC - WHS Health status goes Defcon 3 saying a new drive has been plugged in. To which I respond - "Well no s*** Sherlock...yes it has been plugged in. What's it to you?"

Is there anyway to suppress or get WHS to ignore this - permanently?

    Cheers!

  • No, you can't permanently suppress that alert. When it appears, you can choose to ignore it, but it will reappear the next time you connect that drive.
I'm not on the WHS team, I just post a lot. :)
