CRM and RMS integration

Micosoft CRM and RMS doesn't integrate out of box. Any recommendations for the integration? Such as thrid parties add-on or development companies.

We'd like to have fully integration which include workflow as well.

Hi,

There is not much information available regarding the RMS and CRM integration and few Microsoft Partners are offering RMS and CRM integration development i.e. http://www.albaspectrum.com . Dynamics CRM integration can done via webservices using SDK libraries and RMS integraiton can be done via RMS portal webservices or you might have to directly interact with RMS store and Head Quaters databases as there are no web services native to either program.
