    The diagnostic report indicates that Windows XP Professional is genuine.

     

    However, the 102 error code for the Office status indicates that there might be a trial version on the machine

    that has expired and most likely needs to be removed and replaced with a genuine version of Office.

     

    To uninstall the trial version please read the following article on using the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility:

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301.
