Are there rules regarding the use of the forum somewhere?
I found the FAQ which has a sentence on how to get kicked out. And I found the "Terms of Use" that talks aboutt use of the API. I was not able to find any actual code of conduct or specific rules.
The motivation behind this question is with regard to homework. It seems that as the end of the semester/quarter nears we get lots and lots of "here is my homework assignment, what do I do?"
I have seen several posts say it is against MSDN policy to provide answers to homework:
