I subscribed in November I believe. Through a course of events I uninstalled One Care, used Norton (then got rid of it) and came back to the trial version of One care because I can't find my product key. I never bought the disk but downloaded it originally off the internet. Can you help me find my product key so Ican get it re-installed? My email address is rr77@rcn.com
You don't need the product key to activate One Care, you only need the Live ID used to purchase your subscription. To activate the trial open One Care, select "Subscribe" and when prompted for a Live ID use the Live ID associated with your subscription. Your subscription status will be recognized and One Care will activate. If you cannot recall the Live ID used to purchase your subscription please contact support.
