    I would like to know which is the best tool to perform load testing and smoke testing for CRM 2013.

    Visual Studio Ultimate has load testing tools and automated testing tools.  I can't seem to find them offhand, but Microsoft has built a set of automated tests for Visual Studio and Dynamics CRM.  I've used them in the past.
