Hi,
From your backup task result, it seems that only Operation System is not successful.
Towards the Event warning description, The backup operation that started at '2012-09-27T23:12:34.751360100Z' has completed with errors. Please review the event details for a solution, and then rerun the backup operation once the issue is resolved.
Have you tried to rerun the backup operation to verify the OS could be backup properly?
At the same time, I suggest that you could run Windows Solutions Log Collector tool to verify the logging for the Backup Operational. Any findings please feel free to post back.

James
