fix it center encountered unexpected problem and cannot continue - no error code given

  installed ok - problem happens when I run IE addons & IE performance & safety troubleshooters - in the middle of the diagnosis the message " fix it center encountered unexpected problem and cannot continue" with no error code given. it works ok on printer troubleshooting!  I've removed it & reinstalled it on my computer - no help - no change!
