I tried doing my updates to my laptop PC and, it's giving me an error code of : 0x80072EEZ

I noticed after one of my cousin's installed this BearShare program on my laptop it has not run the same since. It runs slower, which I have the fastest internet speed connection thru Qwest. I also watch different videos on YouTube, and since then, it can't run a video without pausing every 3-4 seconds. It is very annoying. I also don't get a Internet Explorer ToolBar. I have the Internet Explorer desktop icon, but it doesn't actually load the menu bar for Internet Explorer although my service provider is Qwest. It used to do all of this before the BearShare install. I tried removing the program from my laptop, but I didn't obvioiusly do something right. I also get a message at login, that I have a message waiting, but when I logon to Qwest, or the Windows messsenger there is nothing showing. Please I need help.

Try and remember when you installed bearshare if you can. Right click My computer(computer in vista)

    -click properties

-Then click on system properties and run system restore and pick a date to go back in time to. Then your computer will be exactly like how it was before you installed bearshare.

     Hope it helps.

Also run a scan here http://www.ca.com/ca/en/securityadvisor/virusinfo/scan.aspx

Also run a scan here when that one is done: http://www.ca.com/ca/en/securityadvisor/pestscan/

Install all the active-x controls in order for the scans to work.

I hope all of the soloutions help you with your computer problem.
