Setting the Date format in Windows 10 for use by Money

I have upgraded to windows 10 but the date format is wrong and I can't change it. I have tried in the control panel, it has chaned on the desktop but not in microsoft money

Try changing the region in Windows, if appropriate. This may have the date and time settings that you want to use.

If that does not do it, I think it is the short date that Money uses.
