    Hello Miss Henry,

     

    Can you tell me exactly what you see in the system tray located in the lower right hand corner of your monitor? Pleae follow the directions located @ http://forums.microsoft.com/Genuine/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2170194&SiteID=25 and run the MGA Diagnostic Tool. Next we need the results posted back here in this thread. It appears that Windows currently installed may be non-genuine. Please provide us with the MGA Diag results so we may analyze what you are experiencing so we may provide you with a resolution.
