Getting better support for our CRM RRS feed

  • Question

  • How can we get better support for our dynamics CRM? Currently all of our support is done through support requests which is a very time consuming process and most often doesnt even end up solving the issue. Are there paid options to get some consultancy on how to use and customize dynamics CRM?

  • Microsoft has the specific SLA based on the service you take from them.

If you are taking premier support from Microsoft, they have very specific and defined SLA timelines.

  • You may need to expand your question a little before anyone can answer.

Your first question "How can we get better support for our Dynamics CRM?":

                * I presume from this you have dynamics CRM either online or on-premise, was this installed by a company/consultancy? Your IT department?

                * Do you have any SLA's in place with whomever installed it?

                * What questions are being raised, are they process based or issues with the system?

Your second question "Currently all of our support is done through support requests which is a very time consuming process and most often doesnt even end up solving the issue. Are there paid options to get some consultancy on how to use and customize dynamics CRM?" :

                * Who are you submitting the support request to? IT department, third party company?

                * What requests are you submitting, change requests? errors? process issues?

As you can hopefully see it's difficult to answer without more detailed info.
