    MsMpEng.exe

         Why do I see this executable file runing when OneCare is not updating any definition files?

         My ISP just charged me an extra $14.00 for exceeding the maximum allowable data transfer on my cable hook-up.  I am not doing anything out of the ordinary uploading or downloading.  I have not been billed this much extra for a month until recently.  Any input?

    MsMpEng.exe is the resident antispyware component of One Care and wouldn't be the cause of any additional internet traffic.
