SUGGESTION: Drag and Drop from Start Menu

One feature in Windows 7 that is not in Windows 10 is the ability to click on a document, that is pinned to the start bar, and drag and drop it into E-mail attachments. This was a very quick and handy feature for quickly adding documents to e-mails and for moving documents to avoid having to go through multiple steps to attach a document manually. It would be great to see this feature restored.
