I was wondering how I might be able to track/log user made changes to items within a queue such as activities? For example. We have emails coming into queues as activities and the users make these into cases. But they complain that sometimes the emails do
not come in. I go on the exchange server and I see that the emails did come into the exchange mailbox and 99% of the other emails came into the queue, but I cannot tell (or don't know how) to see what the users did if the email did actually come into the queue
and they deleted it.
When I view the CRM logs it just says deleted action and does not let me see the record that was deleted. It would be really helpful to see the records that were deleted. Also I'm not sure if deleted is actually what happened as I am pretty sure I took away
their delete rights.
Any help would be appreciated.
