Using C# find Clear Case Checked out files for a particular View. Basically should be able to perform batch file for checking checkouts

For a given VOB/View created using Clear Case we should be able to fetch the checked out files and display them using C#. Also we need to be able to check-in the files once we identify using C# only

You should really be specific to what you are asking along with what VOB/View Clear Case is as it's not apparent to most who will read this.
