Window 7 build 7600 this copy is not genuine

Question
-
I have a Toshiba netbook with Window 7 bought a couple years ago from Amazon. Today, suddenly received a message "Windows 7 build 7600 this copy of windows is not genuine"
I am not a computer expert, would you please just let me know what is the problem or what is the next step. I don't think this is a "non genuine" copy since I've been using this netbook for awhile. Also, I don't have Window 7 disks.
Here is my Diagnostic Report. Thanks,

Unfortunately, the copy of Windows 7 that is installed is Pirated & has been illegally activated using a hackers loader application.
The manufacturer OEM SLP serial in use on this notebook is not the correct one for your manufacturer & edition of Windows.
Your BIOS information is also showing as having a Dell SLIC table in the bios this is not right at all. The loader has messed up things here.
If the notebook still has the recovery partition intact & has not been wiped out when whomever installed Windows 7 Ultimate on it.
You can try and restore the notebook back to it's proper licensed version of Windows 7 for which the COA sticker on the bottom of the notebook is licensed for. If it's not there. You will have to order a set of recovery disks from the manufacturer for a small fee to restore the original Windows 7 version.
Your copy of Office 2007 Enterprise is also pirated & is using a blocked Volume License Key.
You can buy a genuine copy of Microsoft Office 2010 from the Microsoft Store.

The local shop is unlikely to have the copy of Windows that you need. Your computer was built on April 7, 2009, four months before Windows 7 released to manufacturing
<Date>20090407000000.000000+000</Date>
and probably shipped with Vista. Unless your shop just happens to have a recovery disk for a Toshiba NB205 they cannot help you. You need to order recovery disks from Toshiba for an NB205 or from a third party like Recovery-Disks.com. However all that will do is restore your Toshiba to factory condition, meaning it will install the original Vista, not Windows 7. If you want a genuine copy of Windows 7 for this computer you need to purchase a full license copy of Windows 7. You may do so from the Microsoft Store at

TB19 - Thank you for responding. You are right, the Window 7 product key did not match what on the report.
I have to bring the netbook to a local tech shop to fix this. The laptop was hacked yesterday by some kind of PC scan program. I tried to deletes some window updates & restored back to previous date.
Somehow, it get rid off one problem and created this one.
