  • Trying to setup Server Side Synch on CRM 2013 On Premise SP1 UR1, but getting the following error in MSAsyncService.

    Host W0XXX: failed while monitoring asynchronous operations queue. Exception: System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.dll' or one of its dependencies. Access is denied.

  • This is now resolved. We discovered its Sophos Antivirus blocking the loading of Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.dll.
