Notification of the Safe Retrieval of the Documents... RRS feed

    I have a suggestion and its very important...

    Admins please notify the safe retrieval of the documents...
    There can be 2 ways for this :
    1) Either mail to the concerned contestant instantly after the verification of the documents.
    2) Create a page which just shows the update status of the documents, like received and verified...

    As this is a rainy season, there are many chances of the letter being damaged or getting late.. so in that case the contestant can send the documents again... please do take a important note of it...

    I completely agree with you Varun. This is what i really thought of. But you made the first move. Thanks a lot. I know the admins are viewing the forums, but i hope they implement this feature, i think the 2nd point is much better, in that way we can see the list of all who have submitted the docs, and who have not, but i think it will take time for the admins to implement and lot of work. Instead they can just email us regarding the receipt and completely verified records.

    i agree with you guys.. i still haven't sent the documents so i am putting this suggestion into my covering letter and sending it tomorrow..

    I also want that the ADmins must check their mail Id also ,

    which they had written in studentrockstar website...

    And one more thing i want from Admins, that thay should reply to the mails

    asap..

    How many days since you sent eh speed post ?

    The postmaster here was saying that speed  post would receive the next day, if not then latest in 2 days. I dont know whats getting wrong. May be due to whether.
