This is getting really annoying when it occurs over and over again and then I realize...hey wait... I haven't gotten any posting alerts.
I have tried other email accounts.
Can Someone PLEASE work with me to figure out why this keeps happening all the time?

You'll probably get a quicker response from the forums team by sending in an email to fissues (at) microsoft [dot] com than posting here.
The forums have been having server errors for about a month now, so I'm not surprised to hear that other things are breaking as well.
The admins are aware, but apparently they're in a transition right now and that's probably slowing things up a bit.

Susan I agree with Mike that direct contact with fissues would be best. I know this one has plagued you for like a couple of years or more. I'd also engage your lead to help escalate the issue.
