    I have a requirement in mscrm case entity 

    I need a text box on reactivate case popup so that user can enter reason for case reactivation that reason i have to store in a field on form 

    can any one help me to do this

  • There are many approaches to achieve this, the following is one of them

    1. Create a new ribbon button
    2. On click Open a custom JS Prompt or HTML Page.
    3. Users will enter reason in the prompt.
    4. Create a soap request to reactivate case and soap/rest request to update case record with reason wegot received JS prompt
