"Unable to load client print control" problem

Question
-
This problem occurred in our customer's system last year. I've found this article in Customer effective blog and it helped. But this problem occurred again in the end of 2009.
I tried to reinstall Microsoft Report Viewer Redistributable 2005 SP1, installed SP3 for SQL Server, installed latest updates on Windows Server 2003. But this didn't help.
Environment:
OS - Microsoft Widows Server 2003 Standart x64 Edition Service Pack 2
SQL - Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (64-bit) + Service Pack 3
CRM, SQL, SRS - on one server
Any help would be appreciated.

anyway I suggest to install the last Roll-Up for CRM, I have a similar issue with a CRM with UR-6 that was resolved with UR-8.
another question, When you perform the SQL SP3 Install, did you restart the server?

Hi Andriy,
For me it worked this solution with ActiveX: http://www.kodyaz.com/articles/client-side-printing-silent-deployment-of-rsclientPrint.aspx
and we deploy it to all computers via GPO.
Hopefully it will work for you too.

Hi Anreiy,
if this don't work, you can try to start the IE as administrator. In this case it works for me.

Hi Andriy,
Have you test if this occurs in when you see reports directly on server?
If this only happends in the client browser, try to add the CRM Url to trusted Site and slow down the security configs of theirs IE, also check if your clients are able to discharge ActiveX controls...

It's Quite Strange, generally this issue is resolved aplying SQL SP 3.
Did you try applying the lastest Updates for CRM components?Monday, February 8, 2010 4:13 PM -

There is Rollup 5 installed. I've checked what is fixed with 6,7,8 rollups - there is no print issue fix...

Hi Andriy,
Jimmy means SP3 from SQL Server, not from CRM.

Hi, Michael.
I understand differences between updates for CRM and SQL. In my first post I've already wrote that I have SP3 installed on a server.
FUI I'm MVP for CRM too ;)
