Plugin message for CRM track in Outlook RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Is it possible to execute a plug-in when a contact is tracked in CRM? If the contact doesn't exists in CRM it will create a new contact or update if a contact already exists in CRM.

    Now, we can use the source in the plug-in to check if a user has tracked a contact in CRM.

  • track in CRM will cause the contact to be created in CRM.

    you can use create message of contact for this.

    I am not sure if I fully understand the second part of the question. Can you please elaborate?

  • First create a field in contact that is unique for each record.

    On create of contact plugin check if the value of the field already exists for any contact, if it exists then update the record else create a new record.
