Attaching E-mails to an account RRS feed

  • I have a user who is attempting to attach an e-mail message to an account within CRM.  When he clicks on ' track in CRM' and then 'set regarding' he gets a message that states the e-mail characters are too long and will not be able to attach.

    does anyone know a solution to this?

  • Does the email you are trying to track in CRM have an attachment the size of which is more than that specified in the (Email tab -> System Settings)? Even if there are no explicit attachments but if there are embedded images, they will also be considered as attachments.
