Hello Smartchic,
As Noel posted, the mgadiag utility is reporting that the Office Pro Plus 2007 installation on this Dell OptiPlex 780 computer is nongenuine due to having a Blocked Volume Licensing product Key:
OGA Data-->
Office Status: 103 Blocked VLK
Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 - 103 Blocked VLK
OGA Version: Registered, 2.0.48.0

Office Diagnostics: B4D0AA8B-604-645_025D1FF3-230-1
To rule out any inadvertent mix-ups with the product key, download and run a keyfinder utility such as the Magical Jellybean Keyfinder, a small harmless utility that has been on the internet for years. Let it find the installed product key and compare to what you were given.
Assuming the PK is what you were given, I would take Noel's advice and have the person in your organization who handles such matters contact their Volume Licensing rep at Microsoft to report the issue for resolution.
VLKs are normally blocked for abuse or when the VL Agreement expires. Both of those situations would be out of your hands so again, Noel's advice to kick it up the chain of command is sound.
You wrote, "We have a global EA with Microsoft and I got the product key and office 2007 Plus software from VLSC." One admittedly speculative possibility is that, since your organization is global, your organization may have regional product keys and you inadvertently got one that's for a different region. I know the Windows XP Pro product can have regional blocks implemented so it's reasonable to assume that that Office products might have the same thing, although the mgadiag utility does have a specific status for a regional block on Windows Xp Pro, and I cannot say that I ever saw a corresponding status for Office.
Please post back to let us know how it turns out, or if you need further assistance :-)

The Key you are using has been Blocked - presumably for abuse, or overuse, or because the company has moved to Office 2010.You will need to contact your sysadmin to check the Key you are supposed to be using - if he's unaware of the problem, then he should get in touch with his account manager to discuss the situation.
