How to change default minimum mintues to sync CRM and Outlook client?

Question
-
I could not put number smaller than 30 mintues for my personal sync settings in CRM Outlook client.
Is there an account level setting for this?
When I put some number say 20, it pops up "you have to have number between 30, and 1440".
Thanks,

seems you can do it through UI for the whole account now - might be from the new Rollup. I did not check this before though.
So Settings -> System -> Administration ->System Settings ->Outlook. Actually it provides two options for min mintues. Not sure exactly what they mean. It works though.

my crm is online dynamics 2011 - I do not have a db to change. Are you aware of any system configuration through UI?Friday, March 30, 2012 8:43 PM

The is no way to change the range via the UI, but it can be done programmatically (in Crm Online, and On Premise). This is done by an Update on the organization instance, setting the
minoutlooksyncinterval attribute
