Dynamics CRM 2016 Bug !! RRS feed

  • Hello Forum,

    We were on CRM 2015 deployment's and CRM 2015 Email router setups's without any issues.

    CRM recent version release. We have tried to upgrade one of our DEV box to CRM 2016 onprem deployment and 2016 email router, after configuration we are not able to track inbound emails in CRM (tried everything on this and same email server and setup was worked with CRM 2015).

    So CRM 2016 CRM version is not able to track inbound emails at all ????? Let me know do i need to wait for new rollup ??

    When we are on CRM 2015 working days I got this same issue resolved by uninstalling Email router update 1.1 from the machine.

  • Still didn't get any resolution on this issue...

    its working fine for lower version, I've tried with CRM 2015 version with same email id and same email server settings.

    Anyone facing same issue with CRM 2016 able to send and receive emails in CRM 2016. 

    Hopefully this feature is working for someone who is reading this.

  • Is there anyone who is working on CRM 2016 without this issues ?????

    After sharing my complete effort with MS team, they've confirmed that this is the bug  in CRM 2016 version.

    MS Support ticket registered but not fixed yet...

    [REG:116021194539419] Not able to Track emails in CRM.
