genuine office 2003 - getting error message

Hi
I am getting the error message in my Office software and I know it is a genuine as I still have the package it came in and it was genuine for about 5 years - so why the problem now. I believe I purchased it as Staples! But it was an upgrade maybe through you. Like I have the receipt after 6 years! Ran and it says 114Blocked VLK2 status etc.
