Advanced Find view not showing RRS feed

  • Hello -

    I have CRM 2011 on premise.   The advanced find feature works somewhat.  I'm able to create a view and it saves, but when i go the entity it's not showing up in the drop down of views under  "My Views".  I do have a dev environment where the advance find view works properly.  I'm thinking there is a simple setting to change in my production environment.   I've looked everywhere and can't find anything to fix.

    any thoughts?

  • Try clearing the cache on IE and see if that helps.
