  • Hi All,

    Migrating 300 abc clients data how can we migrate into MSCRM online 2013?

    i am new to MSCRM 2013 online..can you please guide me the process?

  • For just 300 clients, I would use the default import tool and then manual cleanup. It's not fun, but for that few records, it's better and likely faster than using a tool like Scribesoft. Also, it gives your client a chance to really validate that good data is going into the system.

  • here is a few guides on how to use the default import tool.

    Alternately you can look at tools like Scribesoft or Import Manager.. You can also create your own SSIS packages to import with.
