We got a customer, who got issues regarding sync of appointments between CRM Online and Outlook CRM Client placed on a terminal server.
Scenario:
Appointments are being created by a workflow in CRM and synchronized to the users Outlook Calendar. This works fine! Now the users begin to move around with the appointments in Outlook. After they have moved the appointments, the force a sync with CRM, from
the CRM menu in Outlook. Now if we look at the appointment in CRM, the appointment hasnt been updated, with new date. Can anybody help me here?
