Email Router with Multi-tennany enabled RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have an email router setup properly, I believe, for one CRM  4 organization, however when I try to send email out of our test second organization the email just sits as pending.  I went to the router and added another deployment to point to this other url and selected the same incoming and outgoing as the organization that emails are working from but the test organizations are still not sending.  What am I missing?  Thanks in advance!

  • Hi,

    A couple items to check:
-Does your email router have the update rollup to match your crm server?
-On the server where you have the email router installed, can you login ok to the crm server?
-Are you specifying credentials to login to crm?  If not, try to do so.

  • Also, do the user of the new organization have email address in their profile?
    My blog : http://mscrmtools.blogspot.com
    You will find:
Bulk Delete Launcher(Delete data based on advanced find queries)
Form Javascript Manager (export/import javascript from forms)
    ISV.Config Manager (graphical ISV.config edition - export/import)
View Layout replicator (customize one view and replicate to others)
And others (use tool tag on my blog)

  • Yes, I have the most recent updates on the router.  I am using local system account in the deployment.  It will load the users in the second organization but when I go to test access it says something about the organization url is not correct for outgoing, but if I go to change it then the users will not load so I am positive I have the correct web address. The user is setup in the 2nd organization too.  What else could be the issue? For the second organization I am using the same incoming and outgoing as the default organization but just a different deployment.  My default organization is processing emails properly.  Thanks for your help!
