Moderator rights need to be assigned to each folder within the forum. You can await an answer here or email the forums team if you have a contact. Alternatively, you can email the forum owner for help.
The statistics for your User can take time to update following the migration of folders. As I understand it, the database needs to update by reading through all of the migrated data. There are a bunch of discussions here on that issue.
