Unable to Schedule Exam 70-735 RRS feed

  • I'm trying to get an exam scheduled.

    I opened up a support ticket with Microsoft yesterday about the issue with the website (support ticket #1450353930), and I tried to follow up in MS Chat today, but did not get a proper response.  I thought this would be a better place to drop this.

    I found the following errors when trying to schedule the exam:


    Clicked on "Schedule Exam"

    I was able to sign in, but there was no data in the body of the page


    I've tried accessing it from Chrome, Firefox, ABP Browser, and Edge with no success.

    I've also tried accessing it from different devices and on 3 different networks.

    I checked the developer options for the page and found the following error:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () examregistrationapi.microsoft.com/services/users/GetUserMasterProfile:1

    If anyone can fix this, that would be excellent.
