I am I dire need of Help. My Dad wanted to burn a DVD of a video he took with his camera, which is something we've never done. We have an Acer Aspire 3620 and have always burned CD's, and played Cd's, it also plays Dvd's just fine, but using the software installed by acer as well as others, when you insert a dvd, the computer tries to load it briefly, but the display on the burner programs just says the drive is busy (but its not) or theres no disk. Can somebody please help me. I've never had to ask for help with computers before, but this has me stumped.
