CLR error 80004005 in Microsoft ICE

  Microsoft ICE worked fine. Now when I start I get the error CLR error 80004005. I have auto updates enabled so the system should be updated but I did run the manual update to be sure. Removed, rebooted, and reinstalled the program. Same results. Like the program and hope it can be fixed. Thanks in advance for any help.
