WGA false violation needs cure

Question
-
Support agent,
I am a student at Appalachia Technologies working toward my CCIE and the license for MS Office on my system was upgraded months ago. I have operated it with no error and passed previous WGA tests without incident until I recently ran the MAP (microsoft assessment and planning toolkit) application to conduct some LAN assessments. During this install my MS Excel and MS Word applications began tossing the WGA violation errors.
According to the instructor at Appalachia only 3 licenses of the 5 pack kit they purchased were issued to live workstations. Is there a possibility other 'dead' (ie. not in use) systems are responsible for my errors?
Can you please review this case and provide me with a resolution?

The installation of Office Enterprise 2007 on your Dell Latitude D620 laptop is reporting as being a volume licensing installation that was installed with an Invalid Volume Licensing Key (VLK). It is not just two of the applications that are reporting as nongenuine, the entire Office Suite installation is nongenuine.
Given the circumstances that this installation was done in the context of a University, and that the other Office family products of Visio and Project have been installed with genuine Volume Licensing Keys, it's likely that the problem is due to a product key mixup.
Please run a keyfinding utility such as the Magical Jellybean Keyfinder to extract the Volume Licensing product key (VLK) used for this nongenuine installation, and compare it to the VLK that would have been provided by the department or perhaps the University's IT staff.
If the VLKs don't match, then it was a mixup and changing the product key, then clearing the license file if necessary should get this installation back to being Genuine.
If the VLKs do match, then please alert the IT staff at once because they will need to clear up the issue within their department, or may have to contact Microsoft for further instructions.
