I bought a new Acer Desktop Computer and a new version of Office Home and Business 2016
two days ago Excel would not load up at all - nothing
Word was ok
Powerpoint was ok
I did windows update
Turned off Norton security
Still same
I attempted to reinstall office but it hung and I got Error Code: 30044-4 message
I restored my Windows operating system and reloaded it (it took an hour to install)
It was ok for a day then became unstable again (I don't believe it was a virus)
I applied a repair (both quick and full online) which both failed, one with Error Code 30015-13 (255) and then I reinstalled again and it hung then came up with error code 30015-11 (255)
I just don't know what to do next, especially as I ever had this problem with my old Office 2010 on my old computer. I'm a business person and need Office apps Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint daily
