Issue with Microsoft Dynamics CRM4.0 Email Router configuration. RRS feed

  • Hello All,

    I have installed Microsoft Dynamics CRM4.0 email router seperate server, but the exchange server was in another machine. i am getting below error while testing the Test Access for Users.

    Name: Market Alerts
    Incoming Status: Failure - Unable to connect to the remote server No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

    Name: Media Relations
    Incoming Status: Failure - Unable to connect to the remote server No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

    Name: CRMMailBox
    Incoming Status: Failure - Unable to connect to the remote server No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

    Server: localhost
    Outgoing Status: Failure - An error occurred while checking the connection to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server http://xxxxx/xxxxxxxxx. The selected Microsoft Dynamics CRM account cannot be authenticated. Please make sure the selected account is a valid account for the specified Microsoft Dynamics CRM organization, or has permission to impersonate other users. The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized.

    any guess why it is giving an error.
