I am running Live OneCare on my desktop PC as well as my HP laptop. I received an unsupported operating system error during the original disk install onto my new Toshiba Portege laptop (0003-80004005) even though the Windows version is exactly the same as the HP laptop. The Windows version is Windows Vista Home Premium 6.0 (Build 6001:Service Pack 1). The MS help items for the error code and FAQs are of no help. Why does OneCare install on 1 laptop and not the other when the operating systems are the same?
