  • Hello azmmin,

We have confirmed that our software is valid.

I confirm that the Product Key used to install that software is Not Valid.

The Product Key used to install that copy of Office is a Volume License Key that Microsoft Licensed to itself for use by it own employees. That key was leaked to the internet some time ago and is one of the most pirated Office keys to date.

How do we stop the "Not Valid" notices?

You stop the 'Not Valid' notice by installing a Genuine copy of Office.

    Thank you,
    Darin MS
