  • You cannot just use a disk from work.  OEM SLP copies do not work that way.  They are tied to a particular motherboard by make and model.  Order replacement recovery media from the manufacturer (or a third party like Recovery-Disks.com) and restore your original copy of Windows.

The next time you run the MGADiag tool please paste the complete report.  Do not edit in any way.

  • According to your MGA Report, you used a Dell Windows 7 reinstallation disc to install on an HP computer.  This will never activate as it contains files that check for a Dell BIOS for compliance.  You'll need to reformat the hard drive and perform a "clean install" of Windows 7 using the correct HP recovery disc.

  • I see you deleted your second MGA diagnostic report, which shows your install used a hackers loader program.

    Cached Online Validation Code: 0xc004c4ab

This shows that Windows Activation Technologies has detected an activation exploit. (hackers loader program.) Your second report showed a Dell slic table which can't happen on a hp computer.

  • Kind of odd. I read it, granddaughter distracted me and when I got back to it, it was gone.
